Tofu and Edamame Stir Fry
500g baby beans
200 g firm tofu
1 ½ cup of shelled edamame
2 cups of baby peas
- In a pan, add a pack of baby beans, firm tofu, shelled edamame, baby peas, then mix.
- To taste, add in veggie stock, white pepper, curry powder.
- When cooked, add stir fry veggies to containers and add toasted buttercup.
