Tofu and Edamame Stir Fry

 

Ingredients: 

  • 500g baby beans

  •  200 g firm tofu

  •  1 ½ cup of shelled edamame

  •  2 cups of baby peas

  •  Veggie stock

  •  White pepper

  •  Curry powder

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, add a pack of baby beans, firm tofu, shelled edamame, baby peas,  then mix. 
  2. To taste, add in veggie stock,  white pepper, curry powder.
  3. When cooked, add stir fry veggies to containers and add toasted buttercup.
