Broccoli and Red Lentil Pasta

 

Ingredients: 

  • Garlic and herb salt
  • Red Lentil Pulse Pasta
  • Broccoli
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic
  • Stuffed green olives
  • Capers
  • Semi-dried tomato strips
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Arugula baby rocket

 

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Chop the broccoli, capsicum, and garlic. 
  2. In a pot, add in the pulse pasta then make it cook.
  3. Add all your chopped veggies to a pan then saute. 
  4. Add about 15 stuffed green olives. 
  5. Also add capers, a handful of semi-dried tomato strips. Then mix. 
  6. Drain your pasta then add it to your pan. 
  7. Season it with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 

    For plating: 

  1. Chop tomatoes and parsley. 
  2. In a bowl, add arugula baby rocket, chopped tomatoes and parsley, and the pulse pasta you made. 
  3. Mix and it’s ready to eat.
