Sushi Bowl

Ingredients:

Buttercup
-
1 head of broccoli

Cucumber
-
Lettuce
-
Avocado
-
Carrot
-
Toasted seaweed
-
Edamame
-
White rice
-
Soy sauce
-
Toasted sesame seeds
-
Gochujang
Instructions:
- Chop the buttercup and broccoli.
- Add chopped broccoli into the steamer then put it into the microwave.
- Put the chopped buttercup into the air fryer then set to 180 for 15 mins.
- Chop cucumber and lettuce. Prepare avocado and grate your carrot.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients then add soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and gochujang.
