Potato and Veggie Dippers

Ingredients:

1 lb Potatoes
-
Veggie stock
-
Garlic salt
-
Herbs
-
1/2 Cucumber or 1 Capsicum
Salsa Veg:
-
3 tomatoes
-
1/2 onion
-
Coriander
-
1/2 lemon
-
Chilli Flakes, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
-
Chop your pound of potatoes into wedges and add to your air fryer or oven add the seasoning and shake it.

Set it to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 mins.

Chop your cucumber and capsicum, put them into a plate, and set them aside.

Chop your salsa veg and mix.
-
Your wedges should be done by now so have a seat and enjoy a fab weight loss meal that is also filling and delicious.
