Cherry Overnight Oats


  • 1 mashed banana

  •  ¾ cup of rolled oats

  •  1 tbs ground flax seeds

  •  ½ cup soy milk

  •  ½ cup of water

  •  Cap full of vanilla essence

  •  Cherries or any fruit you want



  1. In a container, add mashed banana, oats, flax seeds, soy milk, water, vanilla essence, a ton of cherries.
  2. Mix well then put it in the fridge for tomorrow.





Buckwheat Porridge


  •  Buckwheat  
  •   Water
  •   Any fruit of your choice





  1. Rinse ½ cup of buckwheat and add it to a pot and then add 1 ½ cup of water. 
  2. Let it boil then set into a simmer mode for 15 mins. 
  3. After 15 mins, don’t open the lid then put the time on for another 10 mins. 

Oat Groat Porridge


  •  Oat groats
  •   Any fruit as a sweetener




  1. Add 2 cups of oat groats to an instant pot. Then add 3 cups of water.
  2. Set for manual pressure for about 10 mins.
