Carrot Cake Oats

Ingredients:

Carrots

Nutmeg ground

Cinnamon
-
Rolled oats
-
Vanilla flavored essence
-
Pitted Cherries
-
Flax
-
Soy milk
Instructions:
- Grate the carrots.
- In a pot, add rolled oats and grated carrots, and 2 cups of water.
- Add nutmeg grounds and cinnamon, a cap of vanilla-flavored essence.
- In a bowl, add your cooked oats and add some soy yogurt.
- Add your cherries and flax. Then add soy milk.
