Carrot Cake Oats


  • Carrots

  •  Nutmeg ground

  •  Cinnamon

  •  Rolled oats

  •  Vanilla flavored essence

  •  Pitted Cherries

  •  Flax

  •  Soy milk




  1. Grate the carrots. 
  2. In a pot, add rolled oats and grated carrots, and 2 cups of water. 
  3. Add nutmeg grounds and cinnamon, a cap of vanilla-flavored essence.
  4. In a bowl, add your cooked oats and add some soy yogurt. 
  5. Add your cherries and flax. Then add soy milk.
