Kumara Toast

Ingredients:

Japanese sweet potatoes

Avocado

Tomatoes

Lemon

Pepper

Salt

Chilli flakes

Oranges

Instructions:

  1. Chop 2 Japanese sweet potatoes and place them on a baking tray. Then pop in the oven.

  2. Squash the sweet potatoes. Add on top avocado, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, a little bit of pepper, salt, and chili flakes.

  3. Chop oranges, then put the sweet potatoes and the

    chopped oranges on your plate.
