Chickpea and Buttercup Component Bowl

Ingredients:

Broccoli
-
Mixed salad
-
Pack of mixed salad
-
Roasted buttercup squash
-
Tinned chickpeas
-
Alfalfa sprouts
-
Baby tomatoes
-
Tahini
-
Onion powder
-
Garlic and herb salt
-
Ice water
-
Chilli flakes
-
Pepper
Instructions:
- Chop your broccoli and put it in a steamer then into the microwave.
- While the broccoli is cooking up, start making your component bowl.
- In a bowl, add in a pack of mixed salad, roasted buttercup, rinsed tinned chickpeas, chopped broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, chopped baby tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp tahini, onion powder, garlic and herb salt, and ice water. Mix well and add it all over your component bowl.
- Add chili flakes, pepper, and your component bowl is ready to eat.
