Chickpea and Buttercup Component Bowl

Ingredients: 

  • Broccoli

  •  Mixed salad

  •  Pack of mixed salad

  •  Roasted buttercup squash

  •  Tinned chickpeas

  •  Alfalfa sprouts

  •  Baby tomatoes

  •  Tahini

  •  Onion powder

  •  Garlic and herb salt

  •  Ice water

  •  Chilli flakes

  •  Pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Chop your broccoli and put it in a steamer then into the microwave. 
  2. While the broccoli is cooking up, start making your component bowl. 
  3. In a bowl, add in a pack of mixed salad, roasted buttercup, rinsed tinned chickpeas, chopped broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, chopped baby tomatoes. 
  4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp tahini, onion powder, garlic and herb salt, and ice water. Mix well and add it all over your component bowl. 
  5. Add chili flakes, pepper, and your component bowl is ready to eat.
