I went from being put on my first diet as a child and making a new resolution to lose weight every year... to living my best life in a healthy fit body.
Growing up I was always aware of my body, and the fact that I was bigger than my friends.
My parents tried to get me to lose weight with several strategies but nothing ever really worked.
As I got older I continued to try to find solutions to figure out how to sustainably lose weight. I’ve tried those diets where you order the food to your door, a flax diet, a juice cleanse, calorie counting - the list goes on.
None of these diets worked because they weren’t sustainable habit change.

Most years losing weight was on my mind as a New Year's resolution,
and it would often be the thing I would fall asleep wishing for most nights.
When I found Chelsea’s program I took my time before jumping in. It actually took me a few more years of ‘trying it on my own’ before I realized the time was going to continue to go by and I might never succeed on my own.
So after following Chelsea’s podcast, and YouTube channel for about a year and a half and not having that dreamt-up success I decided to jump in head first!

Fast forward 2 years now and I’ve built amazing habits, I completely understand how to maintain or lose weight if I want.
I have so much more energy, I am confident, and have so much more self-esteem.
I’m running - for fun! I enjoy being active and find it much easier to do things that I had trouble with before.
I also save so much money compared to what I would spend on groceries and eating out.
This lifestyle is one I’m super passionate about and I couldn’t be happier to have taken the leap to join LWP.
