Burrito Cups

Ingredients: 

  • Rice

  • Tomatoes

  • Garlic and union
  • Avocado

  • Courgetti

  • Devil Lettuce

  • Carrots

  • Some herbs

  • Paprika

  • Burrito spicy Mix

  • Tomato Bean, Red Kidney Bean, Black Bean, Pinto Bean.

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash some sweet potatoes and courgetti and then grate it.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion with water.
  3. Add the grated sweet potatoes and courgetti cook it until it soften.
  4. Chop red bell pepper and add to the mixture.
  5. Put some burrito spicy mix ,veggie stock, smoked paprika and then stir it.
  6.  Add some tomato beans, red kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans and mix it all. 
  7. You can put some leftover rice to help stick together a little bit more.
  8.  For the last touch you can put the mixture above devil lettuce together with the coriander, avocado and tomatoes.
