Delicious Oil-Free Sauces

Awesome Green Sauce
Ingredients:
- Half an Avocado
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Handful of Parsley
- Handful of Coriander
- ½ a Lemon
- 5 x Jalapeños
- ½ cup of Cashews
- tsp of Salt
- ¾ cup of Water
Instructions:
- In a blender, add avocado, cloves of garlic, a handful of parsley and coriander, lemon juice, jalapeños, ½ cup of cashews, salt, and ¾ cup of water.
- Blend then put in a container. This should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
Lemon Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of Tahini
- ¼ of a Lemon
- Garlic Herb Salt
- Pepper
- Add water for desired consistency
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, add 1 tsp of Tahini and lemon juice then mix.
- Add in garlic, herb salt, and pepper. Then mix.
- Add water for desired consistency.
Tofu Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- Firm Tofu
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tbs of Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke or Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- Herb Salt
- ½ a cup of Water
Instructions:
- Drain the tofu, then break it down into smaller pieces and add it to the blender.
- Add a garlic clove, whole grain mustard, liquid smoke, apple cider vinegar, salt, and a half cup of water.
- Blend it until smooth. Add salt if it needs to.
- Put the sauce in a jar ready to put in the fridge. This will last 5 days in the refrigerator.
Sesame Soy Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 4 tsp of Soy Sauce
- 4 tsp of Italian Red Wine
- 1 tbsp of Sambal Oelek
- 1 tsp of Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Mince cloves of garlic.
- In a jar, add in 4 tsp of soy sauce, 4 tsp of Italian Red Wine, 1 tbsp of Sambal Oelek, garlic, 1 tsp of Toasted Sesame Seeds.
- Then mix well.
