  1. Initial 1:1 call to talk about HOW weight loss works and WHAT foods to eat to to start losing weight in the first 30 days then continued support for 3 months.

  2. Resources for understanding vegan weight loss, dealing with family members and social situations, understanding calorie density and what foods to eat to lose weight, fridge guides and print outs.

  3. Daily accountability with your meals and input from me.Rather than spending HOURS a day counting calories, you take photos of each meal and I give you feedback on how to improve and learn as you go.The accountability is also extremely valuable to keep you on track!!

  4. Bi Monthly check ins looking at progress and strategies for improving results based on what is important to YOU!!

  5. Second coaching call to talk about your progress and looking at ways to tackle any obstacles.

  6. Access to our private Facebook group with support from others who are on the same journey and exclusive resources!

  7. Unlimited access to me through Messenger and email to work through issues and ask questions.

  8. Recipe ebook with all on plan recipes that are delicious, family friendly and all geared towards weight loss.

  9. Additional support month to month.
